We ship via UPS 2 day air on almost all shipments. We can't always guarentee that the package will start moving through UPS's system on the same day the label is printed. Returns will be accepted on unchalked, unused, items only. If you are returning an item that is not as described, we will assume all the costs of making sure you get the correct item. If it is our fault, we pay all shipping costs involved. If you are returning an item because you don't like it, a %15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be package as they were received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless we made a mistake. If cues are chalked, we will not accept your return.
