Returns will be accepted on unchalked, unused, items only. If you are returning an item that is not as described or defective, we will assume all the costs of making sure you get the correct item. If it is our fault, we pay all shipping costs involved. Returns must be package as they were received. If cues are chalked, we will not accept your return.
We ship via UPS 2 day air on almost all shipments. We can't always guarentee that the package will start moving through UPS's system on the same day the label is printed. Sometimes our driver picks up earlier than usual. That means that it will more likely be three business days before you receive your order.
