In addition, Lucasi Custom Cues, at its sole discretion, may void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling. Cues covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced with the same model or one of equal value at no charge. This warranty is non- transferable and is not valid for purchases made from sellers other than authorized Lucasi® retailers or distributors. Lifetime guarantee effective date is July 2007. Immediate Payment is Required
Returns will be accepted on unchalked, unused, items only. If you are returning an item that is not as described or defective, we will assume all the costs of making sure you get the correct item. If it is our fault, we pay all shipping costs involved. Returns must be package as they were received. If cues are chalked, we will not accept your return.
We ship via UPS 2 day air on almost all shipments. We can't always guarentee that the package will start moving through UPS's system on the same day the label is printed. Sometimes our driver picks up earlier than usual. That means that it will more likely be three business days before you receive your order. There are some things that are out of our control no matter how hard we try,
