Returns will be accepted on unchalked, unused, items only. If you are returning an item that is not as described or defective, we will assume all the costs of making sure you get the correct item. We ship via UPS 2 day air on almost all shipments. We can't always guarentee that the package will start moving through UPS's system on the same day the label is printed.
